A cancellation fee may be charged.
Same-Day Cancellations
A fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost may apply.
No-Show Appointments
If our team arrives and cannot access the property, a lockout or no-show fee may apply.
Rescheduling
Customers may reschedule without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours before the appointment.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning services, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Service Concerns
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
We may offer:
- Re-cleaning
- Service credit
- Partial refund
Exclusions
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Pre-existing conditions
- Permanent stains
- Wear and tear
- Odors requiring specialized remediation
- Issues reported after the notification window
Company Cancellations
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to:
- Severe weather
- Safety concerns
- Illness
- Equipment failure
- Circumstances beyond our control
