• Offer service credit

No guarantee applies to issues reported after the notification period.

9. Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may incur additional charges.

10. Property Damage

Customers must report alleged damage within twenty-four (24) hours of service completion.

We are not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improperly installed fixtures
• Fragile, unstable, or unsecured items
