Get Verified Clean customers and employees may request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
Send an email from the phone number or email address associated with your account, or include enough information for us to verify ownership of the account.
Data deleted
- Account profile information, including name and contact details.
- Saved addresses and app preferences.
- Authentication sessions and login-related account records.
- Non-required support messages and non-retained service records where deletion is legally and operationally permitted.
Data that may be retained
Some records may be retained when required for legal, financial, fraud prevention, safety, tax, dispute, insurance, or service verification purposes. Retained records are limited to what is necessary and kept according to our legal, operational, and retention obligations.
Timing
We will confirm receipt and process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, subject to identity verification and applicable retention requirements.
